Tracking your order is simple. Log in to your customer dashboard, navigate to the "Orders" section, and find the relevant order. You'll find a tracking link if the seller has provided one. Else there will be information on the deliveryman and you can contact them directly. For more assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service.

Unfortunately, once an order has been approved by the seller, it is in progress for fulfillment and cannot be canceled. We recommend contacting the seller directly for any concerns or issues.

Becoming a vendor is easy! Simply navigate to the "Become a Seller" section on our website, fill out the registration form, and follow the provided instructions. Once approved, you can start showcasing your products in Vendor's Alley.
